Just checking through someJust checking through some guides and I notice that the Twink Rogue and Priest/ Mage/ Lock guides are abit outdated now due to Wrath, and will become moreso in 3.1. I have already posted on those 2 guides of Pyro’s so if anyone can confirm that he is innactive now I would gladly take them over, or help him with them if he is still active.

I’ll also do twink guides for the other classes too completely updated for 3.1.

I know twinking has a large audience (myself included) and is fun to do, and I’d hate to see excelennt guides go to waste instead of being what they were meant to be.

Blacksmithing, My fiancee has a lvl 72 Dk that is based in Org. , and she is a lvl 270 BS. At the moment she is having a problem training with the armorsmith there who wont let her train for the Earthforged Leggings, or the Windforged Leggings, both of which require a lvl 260 BS to obtain. As a result she is just ‘Stuck’ so to speak cause she cant make anything else that will give her points to take her to the next lvl. Got any suggestions ? Any help would be appriciated !

Mah Gold Guide…Howdy folks. I posted a while back and have been working on my gold making guide since, but lately due to having connection difficulties I haven’t had chance.

Just letting you all know, I am now re-writing the guide entirely in a better format so hopefully it will be top-notch (and released soon lol 😛 )

Working on Vault of Archavon.I’m currently working on a mini-guide for Vault of Archavon. Since it’s such an easy instance, the guide will be done in a few days.

Refer-a-friend 1-60 leveling guide neededI recently started a character with a friend on the refer-a-friend program, and while we began using the Tour Guide versions of these guides, which I worship — I use them for all my leveling — we realized that with 3x xp from quests and mobs the guides quickly became useless. The toughest thing was deciding which quests to bother with and which to ignore.

Has anyone put any serious thought into an accelerated Refer-A-Friend 1-60 guide for Duos?

While the info is worthwile,While the info is worthwile, it seems like it would be better to organize it within class pages. This is basically how it has been handled thus far (for example, in my tree healing guide I have a section on glyphs). But I don’t think this idea is *bad*, really, and we don’t have top quality class guides for all classes and specs yet. So *shrug*.

Glyph GuideI was thinking about a wiki page (so that everyone can contribute) that lists each class and spec with the more popular glyphs (and possibly why). Do you think that would be worthwhile?

Hmmm, I think this should beHmmm, I think this should be less a “guide” and more a series of tips on how to follow Jame’s guides. I have been in this exact situation so I know what you are talking about. For now, and for your leveling, I would simply say skip any quest that seems particularly tedious or grinding-heaving. The only problem here is that some of these have nice follow-ups. Eventually, perhaps a higher XP rate version of the guide could be created – this wouldn’t be too hard to do with the addon. I’ll think on it.

Guide request for “n00bies”I would like to request a guide for people who have been recruited via the WoW “Recruit a Friend” system. As many know, there is a 3x XP bonus when the two play together as long as they are within 10 levels… otherwise, only the n00b gets the 3x XP.

This is GREAT, except that most all of the guides that I can find are for soloing quickly… and I would like to see a guide that maximized xp gained while leveling at 3x the speed. By the time I got to the end of the lvl 1-12 guide I was two-shoting everything (more-or-less).

In the level 13-20 guide for Barrens, I killed Barak Kodobane with ZERO problem… never even dropped below 60% health. My level gain was just too high.

Another example… in the time it took me to grind for the 15 centaur bracers (maybe 25-30 centaurs) the quest turned green. Since the goal is to level as quickly as possible, and I/we are getting a 3x XP bonus… I would like a guide with that in mind. If there **IS** a guide like this, can someone please point me to it. You can even say “It’s over HERE you stupid n00b!!!” (lol) I wont mind.

Brune (or Gethe, can’tBrune (or Gethe, can’t remember :D) just finsihed the DK guide for Horde. But it’s without coordinates as TomTom is not working in the DK starting area… But he said he described the ways etc very accurate, so I think it’s still easy to follow.

I believe these guides wereI believe these guides were only just finished in Tourguide version. I’m pretty sure Jame will include them in the next release of the guide.

Death Knight guide-Tour Guide styleI am completely hooked on the Tour Guide addon, and using a web guide has become… awkward. This site needs some sort of guide converted into the Tour Guide addon format for leveling a Death Knight in their starter zone from level 55 to level 58 which takes the Death Knight through all the quests in the zone, step by step. If this is being worked on already or if it’s just too easy to warrant such a guide format, I apologize for saying there’s a need for one.
