I always love seeing people making video guides, I think they are a great way to get information across. However, even with a video guide, it’s really important to make sure your guide is presented well. If a guide has bad spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization… it makes people not want to read it, that’s the sad truth.

The thing is, even your title for this page lacks capitalization, and the opening paragraph doesn’t have any capitalization or even separate sentences. As a reader, I have no motivation to look at the rest of your guide – it says to me “this person didn’t even put in enough effort to make the title look nice, why do I think their guide will be any better?”. It might be the best guide ever written after that point, but if you don’t put in any effort to present it well, no one will care 🙁

All that said, the videos look good and the layout/text gets a bit better after the first paragraph, though it could definitely still use some formatting.

I hope you take this criticism as constructive – like I said, I’m really happy to see new guides being posted, I just want to help you make them as great as possible!
