by Ludovicus_MaiorI have added a few new things to the addon at Emmaleah’s prompting:
- There is now a new step type, P, for taking a portal. Works just like b or R or F, just has a nice faction specifc portal icon. Legion has ALOT of portal taking.
- There is a new tag, |NA|, that flags the step as not to the added to the auto-switch list if the guide has been flagged as auto-switch. This is to be used in class order guides for the dungeon quests, which might be sitting in your quest log for a long time.
- Comment ( ; ) steps are now only shown in debug mode.
I’ll update the documentation on the addon syntax soon, when my internet link is not my phone.
re: Ghostlands Coords Off?I hadn’t taken a toon through Ghostlands in a while, and just noticed that TomTom coordinates are WAY off, as in useless. Is there a fix?
RE:GhostlandsIm guessing that means Blizzard redid the underlying map and so all the coords need to be updated. boooooo !
Ghostlands Coords Off?Leveling a lowbie alt through Ghostlands and the Tomtom arrow is pointing me in completely the wrong direction for various guide steps. I picked up the quest “Help Ranger Valenna!” and the Tomtom arrow pointed me 315 yards south west of where Ranger Valenna is actually located at 69.40, 15.11.There were several other quests before that where the location I was being directed to was completely incorrect. Thankfully, I’ve done Ghostlands so many times that I know where things are. My Tomtom and WoW-Pro Guides are both up to date.

Step type PAfter I updated, the routine that checks the guides validity when you log in, it doesnt like “P” steps.Also, the parser wasn’t parsing them properlyalternatively, I imagined I updated 🙁
There might be a problemCould be me, but after I updated, to dev version, this morning my Highmountain guide wasn’t loading. The dialog stayed empty and on step (0/###). After I enabled debug and reloaded it loaded normally. (I did reload and restart wow while trying to figure this out)
