| Tsmith's Warrior Guide - Fury DPS (Talents And Tips)
3 Average: 3 (1 vote) Recommended AddOns: TomTom (Map/Coordinate AddOn), Gatherer (Keeps track of Veins, Herbs, Chests, etc location). Recommended Races: For Alliance players Human is the race I would recommend. The reason for this is the Mace and Sword Specialization, most races have racial abilities along the lines of magic resistances. An example is the Night Elves, their racial abilities are most useful in questing. Human's are good for tanking and DPS for warriors so if your doing Dual Talent Specialization you get an even bigger advantage choosing Human. For Horde players I recommend Orc. The reason for this choice is the Axe Specialization, Blood Fury, and Hardiness. One of the best weapons Warriors can get is the two-hand axe from the Heroic Halls Of Lightning, this makes Axe Specialization one of the best racial weapon specialization abilities for warriors. Things To Note When Leveling: If you are using a leveling guide and fall behind DPS some dungeons to level up. I recommend making your professions Mining and Blacksmithing. With warriors First Aid is a good profession for when you are questing because you will not have a healer with you. Good DPS gear has strength and stamina with both of the close in number. Below in the green writing you want hit rating and critical strike rating. For enchants you want hit rating and for gems you want strength. Do not worry about the socket bonus, don't go for crit rating just to get that extra 2 strength. Always put 2 strength gems in the sockets (red). The best ability rotation at level 80 is to use Heroic Throw, Bloodthirst, and Whirlwind whenever they are available. If all three of those abilities are on cooldown then use Heroic Strike if there is one enemy, if there is multiple enemies use Cleave when the other abilities are on cooldown. Also, after you get the bloodsurge talent, use insert slam into the rotation whenever you have that buff. After slam continue where you left off. Keep Battle Shout active at all times when in battle. Level 1-70 Talents: Note: The following build is the best possible for when you DPS in dungeons, it works good for questing but it could be better. Talent Build At Level 70 Armored To The Teeth 3/3 Cruelty 5/5 Unbridled Wrath 5/5 Improved Cleave 3/3 Dual Wield Specialization 5/5 Precision 3/3 Death Wish 1/1 Improved Berserker Rage 2/2 Flurry 5/5 Bloodthirst 1/1 Improved Whirlwind 2/2 Improved Berserker Stance 5/5 Bloodsurge 3/3 Rampage 1/1 Intensify Rage 3/3 Unending Fury 5/5 Titan's Grip 1/1 Improved Heroic Strike 3/3 (ARMS) Deflection 2/5 (ARMS) Iron Will 3/3 (ARMS) Level 71-80 Talents: Deflection 4/5 Impale 2/2 Deep Wounds 3/3 Two-Handed Weapon Specialization 3/3 Best Glyphs: Glyph Of Cleaving Glyph Of Whirlwind Glyph Of Heroic Strike Minor Glyphs: Glyph Of Battle Glyph Of Bloodrage Glyph Of Enduring Victory

Great guide. When I return
Great guide. When I return to the game I definately will use these tips. Also, about the strength red gem, could you name a specific one?

Strength Gems
I'm glad to hear you like the guide. In regards to a good strength gem, Bold Dragon's Eye is probably the best gem you can find but is expensive. If you are using epics that you will have for a while then get gems like that one, if you are using blues/greens just go with cheaper ones. Right now my blues are buffed with +16 strength in the gem slots.

I figure the Strength gems
I figure the Strength gems implied are:
Bold Dragon's Eye (if possible), +34 Str
Bold Cardinal Ruby or Stormjewel, +20 Str
And if Cardinal Rubies are too expensive...
Bold Scarlet Ruby, +16 Str.

Excellent, another new
Excellent, another new guide! I'm too sleepy to properly critique it at the moment, but as far as I can see it looks good! Bumping it too the front page.
P.S. - my boyfriend plays a fury warrior but is next to clueless about getting the most out of his DPS (and he's still leveling, in the 70s). I've been looking for a good guide, I'll have him look at this and maybe it will help him out!
